p.s. on the color, I don't think it is that rare here, though I haven't been looking for others with it. I like the very dark blue/black that is Azurite with the tan interior. I ordered it that way as I'd had similar on my F10 and got lots of compliments.
Good luck with your case. i do think there could be a problem with the one you got.
