My advice would be to hire a good personal trainer and do 1:1 technical workouts at least twice a week.
IMO that PT should be a real fighter himself, definitely not the gym type fitness instructor. Videos won't teach you the essentials.

To improve my technique I hired a muay thai fighter and it seems like I had to start all over again. It's all about getting the basics right (yes that even includes stance and breathing).
Btw, any other muay thai / kickboxing fighters on the forum?
