It's my understanding that the eyebrow lighting is built into the housing and not accessible with disassembling the housing.
The H8 is only for the halo rings (daytime running lights).
That's why your halos have a 6000k+ (blue-ish) kelvin rating based on the color I'm seeing. Your eyebrow is an incandescent yellowish color.
