That's funny, I've never received a survey after the bringing the car in 5 times. Only reason I keep taking the car back is because I want it documented that this dealership is continuously blowing issues off and lying about what they did or didn't do. I don't know if there's a lemon law on a CPO, but ughhh for 100,000 car I'd expect better. This is my 5th BMW and I've never had issues with the car or dealership like I do with this one.
