I had a KIA Optima Hybrid for a loaner car. (I do not even know why they have KIA as a loaner at different brand deaership).
It was great car. It seriously felt quieter than Audi/Infinity/Lexus LS. Just that I believe it
cost more than 25k like OP wants.
