That's an Alpina B7 -- nice!!!
I can't tell if the headlights are standard or the full LED, although they don't appear to have the shape of the other full LEDs - the full LEDs on the 3-series, 6-series, and 2013 X6 look "squared off" on the top and bottom edges, as opposed to being circular, whereas these look bright white/blue but are not squared off, or at least appear quite circular to me in the photos.
Maybe they are the bi-xenon lights. I have no idea really
