It's definitely an Alpina B7. It also looks like a 2012 to me if you compare the headlights with a stock 2012 B7 images:
There's some masking on the headlamps themselves that gives them a slightly different look, but the shape seems to be 2012.
Very strange. Not sure why they camo'ed the front spoiler unless that's a new piece and they are testing it on a 2012.
