Hello all New Yorkers:

How much were you charged for License, Title, and Registration Fees on your sales contract? Were your actual fees higher or lower? If lower, did you obtain a refund for the amount overpaid?

And, vanity plates in New York are now digitally printed, correct? (The high quality, raised, emblossed plates are not used anymore, right?)
