I think I'd be surprised if they got another 100hp out of the motor with just software, considering what they get out of the 335i mill and the fact that the motor in the 740i is already up 15hp (probably mostly in tuning) over the 335i implementation. If they got 60hp and 80-100lb-ft of torque, I'd be pretty excited about that. If they match the 335i output, I'd be even happier...
Now, I wonder how long it'll take them...
