So we have an '09 year. 740Li.
Went into discussion about ability "upgrading" it by adding some post-factory equipment as sample back-seat entertainment, night vision and so on.
Yes, we know that there are some "guys" that can make it. But is there any chance that BMW (by it self) can make this job ?
To make it more clear. Can we order back-seat entertainment option and get it installed by official BMW dealer ?
Maybe someone had experience on such thing ?

Not to create a new post. Just got answer from dealer about smaller "problem". Few weeks ago one of friends accidently had broken climate control button decoration (lets call it so
). It works and so on, but looks awfully.
We asked our dealer about this "problem" and we got shocked.
Dealer said that they are not selling decorations so on.. bla bla bla. And they offered (more like trying to make roberry) a 500 euros for a whole backseat panel change that INCLUDES THE SMALL DECORATION that we need
.
Its definitely ridiculous offer.
