It happens. Go to Parks Geek site, get ATE rotors and Textar pads (those are BMW OEM brands). Buy brake fluid from BMW dealer. Get them replaced by a reputable European mechanic, ensure bleed the brake fluid after (if you do it through the dealer, they'll rape you on parts and labor). Make sure you get an alignment and tires balanced by BMW, sometimes that can be the root cause of warped rotors. You probably can re-use all the brake sensors if your brake wear indicator isn't on yet.
You can easily replace the rotors, pads, and bleed the brakes at home. You'll need a hand with bleeding the brakes, but it shouldn't take you more than a couple hours.
