Lol calm down. Humans aren't perfect. It's still a fabulously engineered vehicle.
That's Bull$&!t that humans aren't perfect statement!

There more than enough stories on BMW cutting corners putting out a shitty product. Here is a list for your enjoyment:

- Vanos recall
- Driver and passenger air bags
- Water pump and thermostat (plastic in a $70k car)
- Dreaded soft touch interior handles melting again in $70k car really?
- Head gasket, oil pan gasket leaks virtually ALL BMW's. This is not an imperfection, the engineering is fundamentally bad!
- Drive shaft

I'm sure more issues and recall exist!

I drive 2011 x5 e70 LCI and yes I have had all those issues. No, this is not my first BMW.

I have owned other car brands and no where near the maintenance and breakdown as a BMW. Granted I know some of the M owners don't have as many issues. I do know that x5m is bag of problems. If BMW where to fine tune some of the issues across all platforms then the brand would be better positioned and have more loyal customers.

Back to the dealer for another recall.
