What am I to do? I'm scheduled to pick up my car tomorrow, but have left a voicemail message for and e-mailed a Safe-Guard manager (who I've already spoken to in the past, who was nice, but unhelpful), who didn't get back to me today. Ridiculous they're denying valid claims.

Thanks.
Yeah, this is the start of it. This winter will be bad for safe gard.

This is what separates the men from the boys.

Safe gard would be best to chalk it up to a bad year and pay all the claims. This way, for the next ten years (before we have another bad winter like this) they will grow like gangbusters.

Instead, it sounds like safe gard is clutching on to every buck. You can't do that. Sometimes you gotta pay the claim. And this is the year.
