Nope. It comes from BMW in Germany. Gotta get it through the dealer and its gotta be coded and programmed. Gonna cost you about $400. BMW will not sell the key without proof of ownership (title, registration, etc) being presented to the dealer. Went through this when I got my car. Decided to not even bother.
