What is the tax in your state, assuming you don't have the taxes in your calculation. What are the break down of fees, you will probably have a lease acquisition fee, ..
Also the money factor should be .00250 at the most, the current bmw mf for jully is .00230. You should be able to get about 2k lower on your selling price. So you would be getting about
$1182 $0 down / with $1800 in fees
