I had it at 19. Basically it's Hell for 6-8 weeks and you aren't fully better for about 6 months. I'd take a broken bone per week for 6-8 weeks over dealing with Chicken Pox as an adult. I received the shingles vac because it appears to be Multi-colored Hell from the photos I've seen. :thumb down

I had CP at 5, Shingles at 12, and it is absolute hell for a long duration. Still have occasional nerve pain and in that area appper from time to time 25+ years later. Only Acute Pancreatitis has it beat on my list of
experiences I never want to endure again.
