Oops, forgot to mention the model to get.
Since you're not going to be off-roading, just get the Sahara and use the extra cash for mods. The Rubicon is really setup for off-roading and you don't really need to pay for those mods if you're not going to use them.
Even so, if you do some light off-roading, the Sahara will be able to handle it no problem.
