I suspect your Eibach Singapore distributor might only stock the 4 springs kit right now,

you might want to tell them to order the 2 springs kit for you,
and if you are willing to wait until their next shipment,
I think you could get the 2 front springs kit only
at nearly half the price.
of course the saving is not that much in absolute value, but in percentage it is almost half
