Wanting to lease 750LI X-Drive...no one under $1250? Huh?

My M6 lease is up in a few days and I've been looking at a 750li X-Drive. However, it doesn't seem any dealer will go below $1250/month for 36 months....no money down (which is basically BMW's stated terms on their website). This is on a $95k or so MSRP.

My issue with this is I leased my 2008 M6 Cabrio ($109k MSRP) for 24 months......$6800 down....$800/month AFTER taxes, in December 2008 (the 2009's were already at dealers so people said the 2008's would be heavily discounted). This was quite a common deal at the time for people who got M6's in fall/winter 2008.

I guess I'm not understanding how the dealers are now wanting $400-450 more for a car that has a $20k less MSRP than the M6 and has a longer lease term? I also doubt the M6 residual is much better than that of the 7 series. I guess I figured I'd be able to get into a 2010 for similar pricing as the M6 2 years since the 2011 7 series are already out.....or at $1000/month with very little money down.

Any thoughts or help?
