Let's see: Front air damn ripped off of a 5 series, side view mirrors ripped off a 6 series, character line straight off a 3 series coupe, rear bumper/exhaust setup ripped off from the 3 series as well, and the hoffmeister kink was ripped off the outgoing 7 btw.
The horrific taillamps and the smoothed out rear trunk lid (most likely smoothed out from a current 7 series trunk lid) are all just implemented in the CS body. Bleh.
