They tried to screw me in an accident claim, saying that I contributed to it. I did not. I have Progressive Insurance.
Went to arbitration and I won hands down. The other party was an off duty cop
and the local police falsified the police report to side with him (they didn't even witness the accident).
Yeah, that's my experience with USAA and a lot of lost trust.
