Just saw the video of the accident. The autonomous tech totally screwed up. Radar and Lidar should have seen the pedestrian way before the headlights (for a human driver). The ride along passenger behind the wheel
was not paying attention.
Hope Uber, Google and all the other dorks who think they can make a car drive better than a human get the living shit sued out of them.

A manual transmission can be set to "comfort", "sport", and "track" modes simply by the technique and speed at which you shift it; it doesn't need "modes", modes are for manumatics that try to behave like a real 3-pedal manual transmission. If you can money-shift it, it's a manual transmission. "Yeah, but NO ONE puts an automatic trans shift knob on a manual transmission."
