fasteners by red circles:----has four grooves, these grooves can be pinched with long nose pliers and turned counterclockwise (like a screw) to remove, just be careful not to scratch them. Then there are two plastic clips (orange arrow) you need to pry, you can now remove trim (yellow arrow)
carpet trim by blue arrows:---only remove the side you need taillamp access. (you can actually try squeezing your arm between the car's body and carpet trim to access the taillamp you need to re-align),---if you have a hard time removing the carpet trim.
you also need to pry cover#8 to access bolt#12 of luggagehook#7 before you can remove the carpet trim-blue arrows.
