I echo this. If LEOs are having to be more sensitive and thoughtful about their actions because of the advent of dashcams and cel phone cams, then it follows that LEOs would adopt a similar attitude toward such footage of a civilian who is
NOT being sensitive and thoughtful, to the point where he's serially breaking the law, endangering others, AND members of his car's forum are, for lack of a better term, ratting him out.
Sometimes ya gotta nudge karma in the right direction, ya know?
