Proved what? Floyd went 12 rounds in every single fight since 2007 and knocked out McGregor in the 10th after playing with him and tiring him out, executing a plan.
I couldn't care less about either guy, but people saying McGregor did great don't watching boxing or understand Floyd's style.
McGregor landed 111/430 26%, Mayweather was 170/320, 54%
Mayweather literally has gone 10 or more rounds with every fighter for 37 fights in a row and almost half of the 50 wins went to decision. He's a defensive fighter so McGregor lasting 10 rounds isn't that surprising.
Did you see Floyd after the fight? Literally looked like he took a nap and chilled all day. Guy looked brand new.
Plus, Floyd is 40 and McGregor is 29. I get that McGregor isn't a boxer, but he is a pro fighter who started out boxing and always has been good standing. All the shit talk was fake to get people to buy the PPV. I think the fight was legit, but the over under was 9.5 rounds. No one thought or expected Floyd to knock him out in 4 rounds.
