I have a Heads-up-display in my 2014 640i Gran Coupe. I have used them flying aircraft and now that I have one in my GC I would never have another car without a HUD installed. Never having to take your eyes off the road while looking at speeds, speed limit signs, navigation info and other info makes me feel totally in control and much safer. Oddly, Lexus does not have that option yet.
