I was probably 13 the first time I walked into a gym and it was instant love. I didn't really start lifting till I was about 20 (36 now), what motivates me is the mirror and the incredible pumps I get. I feel like Michael Angelo every time I enter the gym. I damn near feel sad when the workout is over.
