Why do we have to do it then? My company uses it for staffing justification, and territory division. Maybe your boss is trying not to hire another person to absorb some of the workload. Hiring is a PITA, and costs the company more $.

Mmmm, there's no way they'd be able to afford to put another person in my plant. I have my coworker who does all my paperwork, purchasing, and receiving while I do all the engineering with every tool used in the plant.
Being a contracted company, I'm limited. There's a ton more I would really like to do for the plant, but by Eaton practices, I am not aloud. Which is pathetic.
Besides, my cumulative time is 85.6423% Bimmerpost & forums, 14.3577% labor & lunch & smoke break.
