Not beef feet, but....
When I was a much younger lad (about 6 or 7), I would spend my summers with my grandparents on the farm. Traditional household where the wife cooked every meal and the husband worked the farm and fields. Grandmother canned foods all summer for the winter months...Amazing childhood!
Every day, we had biscuits with each meal (hand made from scratch) and every day, a small amount of dough was left over. A coupe times a week - I would take the left over dough an make 'stickeys'. Basically, roll out the dough into a pie pan, then spread butter, sugar, and cinnamon in a line across the pan and roll the dough into a burrito like shape. Bake like biscuit and then eat for desert
