O2 Sensor issues... I think? Help?

Hi,
Im new to this forum, and I apologize for this being my first post, but Im in need of some help and guidance ASAP...

The car: 2001 BMW 740i sport (with only 107k miles on it)
Problem: Service engine light on. And due for smog (perfect timing!)
Codes:
P0135 - "02 heater circuit (bank1 sensor1)"
P0491 - "secondary air injection system (bank1)"
P0492 - "secondary air injection system (bank2)"

I am assuming, based on my limited knowledge, that these are O2 sensor codes. At least Im seriously hoping they are not catalytic converters going bad. Anyway to tell for sure? And if they are O2 sensors, I can not for the life of me figure out how many O2 sensors I have, and/or how many are bad! I have an appointment for a smog check on Saturday and now this happens, wonderful!! I am getting conflicting information from everywhere I have checked. Called a BMW specific shop (that has an outstanding reputation) and they said I have 3-4 sensors. WTF!? 3-4??? Called another mechanic for BMW he said 4. Called a BMW dealership, and they said 2. Called Autozone, they said 2. I cant get under my car to check myself (and knowing BMW they're hidden anyways), otherwise I would.
Any help you guys can provide would be much appreciated. Thanks!
