I know we've all seen that and there are probably some members on here that have or do that. Its any and all vehicles that do this but there are times when I wish I had some beater of a car that I wouldn't care if it got dinged or scuffed. Then I could park as close as I could to the drivers door so they can take time out of their day to try and get into their "precious" from the passenger side.
Probably would help to get a video camera setup in the car so incase they slash the tires or break a window the could be caught doing so after making sure to take their license plate down.
People are just retarded, park like you're suppose to. But it's hard for anyone to follow the rules when they get away with it so much.
