Smoosh looks fabulous! Have a blast. Remember when you go by a diner with a full parking lot, to stop and eat there.
Did you say you have never been camping? You do know the basics though, in Bear Country no meat in camp. Don't sleep with the tent open because the rattlers will curl up with you. And when you get to the Southwest always check your shoes before you put them on, so no spiders/scorpions are inside them. Right?
