Anyone ever deal with a rattle coming from your rear shelf when going over a bump when your rear window shade is up?

Brought my car to my dealer, went on a road test with my advisor, was able to readily reproduce the rattle, but after one week of my car being in service, my advisor calls to ask that I come in for another road test with the foreman, as they’re not able to find anything wrong. :|

Due to scheduling, I just want my car back and wonder if there’s anything in particular causing this I can e-mail my advisor about now, so they can quickly fix same tomorrow before I pick up my car.
