The 8 speed was introduced in 2013 with the LCI models. No idea what the 730 is. Is that a diesel, or has BMW lost their minds and done a 4 cylinder 7 series?
EDIT: Found it. 730i has the 3.0L I6 without the turbo, N52N, with 190kW.
