Another forum member has me almost convinced that it's worth installing the B6 Alpina tune in the F02 B7 that would bring the 530 HP to 600 HP.....

While the air intake system looks to be straight forward from a 2015 F06 B6, and the ECU update would be straight forward, the updated in-tank fuel pump isn't so straight forward....but if all three could be accomplished, then an LCI F02 B7 with 600 Alpina Ponies would be 1-of-1....

The pump is essentially a 3-phase pump so you'll need both the pump and the M specific EKPM3 module but I'd bet it is very doable. The pump is the expensive part, the EKPM3 you can just get from fleabay for like $50 or so from an M wrecker. Pump being close to $500 and of course the wiring you'll need to add. Then it's just a matter of flashing your DMEs and EKPM3. I know a guy in LA who can help with flashing, he's a proper car whiz!

I've also stopped posting updates, as I've stopped working on the car because of brakes. I really am "stuck" (no pun intended) with a go-forward plan on the brake calipers

Part of me wants keep this car 100% stock and true to its as-new delivery configuration like M539's project cars, but another part wants to update the brakes.

If I paint the factory calipers, I might as well change up a few other items too....like the exhaust, a tune, and the interior leather color.

First world problem....
One close to perfect OEM fitting solution is the E70 X5M/RR calipers and the 395mm rotors. You could use either the e70 or F15 X5M rotors. Only need to add a 4mm spacer between the caliper and the knuckle (you can review all details over on the brake thread under the F10 forum). Recall the Alpina did this too, but they just got custom rotors made for them (for the Edition 50 models F10,F12,f13,f06).

So it's the stock airboxes from a 2015 B6 or something aftermarket?

addy27 is my "official" Alpina Consultant, and he has me almost convinced, based on his last post, to go after the 600 pony MOD to my F02 LCI Alpina B7. He is a great source of info (and parts) for my project.

It is the factory intake from the the last two years of the F06 B6 build. It includes the air intake plumbing from the front bumper to the air filter box, the air boxes themselves, and the air intake plumbing from the air filter box to the throttle intakes - left and right.

If you need P/N's, ask and I'll be happy to post.

Sure, I'm interested in those P/Ns. Thanks! I would guess that most of the parts on these pages:

So I stand to be corrected, as it looks like the air ducts between the air filters and the throttle bodies (13717577451 & 13717577452 = filtered air ducts) are not required for the 600HP mod, but the the critical part of the MOD is the fuel pump, item 3 in the realoem diagram below:

I have a g12 alpina oem steering wheel and airbag if you want. I have a g12 b7 with some sexy upgrades. One b7 to another.

Love the project car, I did the same overhaul on my m sport 750 and turned it into an alpina hybrid as well. Can post pics if interested.

Make sure to turbo blanket it from ptp and put a catch can system on from Troy.

I also have the f02 rear remote as well. Can part with it for next to nothing. I removed the RSE and upgraded them to android tablets. Way awesome and modern.

Definitely do a new android screen for the center. They make android 13 with ugode for it of the uk. They are good quality. I finished the f02 project. Major project. Full engine pull. Polished heads. The works. Downpipes and it scoots but nothing like the g12 with near 750 rw haha

Out of curiosity, what did you replace your G12 Alpina Steering wheel with in your G12 given that the green and blue steering wheel stitching is sort of a signature feature of any Alpina?

My pre-LCI G12 B7 was due for a refresh on the steering wheel, so I installed a brand new one just recently....I am still looking for the steering wheel button assembly that has the Adaptive Cruise Control buttons....so if your steering wheel has this feature and depending on your price, I could be a "buyer".

My F02 has the rear seat screens already, with the rear seat i-drive knob, and adjustable rear seats, with massage, heat and ventilation.

I am NOT impressed with the screens, and was debating on an upgrade to a larger size with more features.....mind sharing the screens you purchased?

My alpina wheel has all the buttons. Including what you are looking for.

Obviously will hook up another b7 owner. I could prob sell the airbag separately if need be too.

The f02 screen upgrade is not simple, I am an EE with a mechanical background plus a tinker slut. You have to get replacement rear seat parts to put back the seats how they are normally, then you mount these to the seat frame under the trim. It’s not straight forward. I had to make custom seat parts to make it work, you can’t see them in my pic, but I’ll take more pics tomorrow where I had to make a trim cover to make it look clean.

You have the drill holes and mount. It’s fairly easy because I did the same upgrade for my g12 but the holes were already there. Bought Amazon Bluetooth headphones. Connected to hotspot on car. Done and done.

They make oem fit to the g12 and you have to ask them for the f02 and you drill the same holes to mount the same. Connected the power through the seat to the seat control module or you can check power from the plug you pull from the oem monitor, I’m sure there is 12V there too. Obviously.

You can upgrade the screens and connect the OEM video cable to the video input side of the new screens with some careful planning. I considered this but don't use DVDs anymore as everything is streaming now. Instead, I installed an OBD2 hotspot in my F02 with T-Mobile, which works well for me.

If you want to use the rear iDrive with the new screens, you’d likely want the AUX video input to be controlled by iDrive. Then, when you want to stream or use Bluetooth headphones from Amazon, you can easily switch over.

You’ll need:
- This BMW OEM Video Port adapter: [YONGJIANGXIA Adapter](https://www.amazon.com/YONGJIANGXIA-...dp/B0BN29GMP4/)

- An RCA to video adapter (the screens might come with this): [RCA to Video Adapter](https://www.amazon.com/Xwbella-3-5mm...dp/B0BWY8KBF7/)

- Audio connectors to link the audio source to the screens: [Audio Connector](https://www.amazon.com/sovunis-Conne...p/B0CJPCQNPT/r)

Follow me so far? This setup would allow you to retain your rear iDrive controls while upgrading your screens. You'll also need to solve the rear seat trims, which can be done easily by purchasing used seat parts on eBay.

You'll need two of these seat trims: [Seat Trim](https://www.ebay.com/itm/296183149913) in your correct leather. Your current trims have cutouts for the OEM screens, and you'll need these to cover the holes.

The only missing part is the top section, which I made from ABS plastic and wrapped in leather. If you want, I can send you pictures of how I did it. Just PM me for more details.
