Loose Engine Bay Part?

Can someone tell me whether there's any movement to these two parts in your car? Mine seem to be really loose. Also noticed that one wasn’t fully clipped on to the aft connection closer to the rear as well. Noticed this after dealer work, but not sure if always this way. Thank you very much.
