I didn't do any msd but I am able to get 10k off from msrp. My 750i msport 109k, 10k off, 5k down, 1180 including my 8% tax. 36mo lease 10 per year.

Anyone intestest take over my lease, only 6500mile now and 25 mo left

Some pics and details will help, and leasetrader.com or swapalease.com are great resources.

How does the tax part work, would the new buyer not have to pay tax on the lease takeover also?

California does not require you to pay the full tax on MSRP up front like some states.

My brother just leased a 2016 740i with the M performance package. $899 per month plus tax with $2600 out the door. 36 months 10k per year.

750i xdrive/msport/driver assist 1 &2 (109k msrp)
$1365 incl NJ tax
15k miles per year
$0 down other than the usual first month, dmv, bank fee.
