8.5 update caused the AR view in the instrument cluster to be way to bright in the day, and way to dark at night. Might be an exposure issue. Anybody else have this problem after the update? Also noticed the Ui seems a bit laggy. Frame rate down? Not sure.

I 1st notice this yesterday after I received another up from .33 to 07/2023.35. The AR view was really dark and then I cycled through the options and came back to the AR view and it was normal.

I’ve had a Model X of some kind since early 2017 and this has never happened. Both the two front doors and the Falcon doors have been flawless.

I didn’t know Tesla’s Model X had this feature, so I watched a few videos about how those doors work.

I expect my 7’s doors to work the same way as those videos. Instead, they are slow, unreliable, noisy, and finicky.

If at the least, they open up a hell of a lot faster when triggered using the exterior button, I’d be much happier. The app helped but doesn’t solve the core issue.

Here’s hoping software updates help but I won’t be holding my breath.

Agree that the current implementation of BMWs auto doors are too slow. Tesla’s “just work”, I rarely use the auto doors on my 760

Just picked up my car from service and I have 07/2023.40. Seems they are iterating pretty quickly with new builds of 8.5
