Sunday is usually my rest day but because I worked a graveyard shift, I skipped Saturday. I do 10k on a regular basis unless the group practices for a half marathon, then we have a staggered routine. And of course Mother Nature will dictate if you're going out that morning.

Back in the 80's in Montréal, I use to run 10 K a day along the Lachine Canal, eat and drink like there was no tomorrow without ever putting on an once...

Then I run and finished the Montréal Marathon and never ran another foot... The pounds started to accumulate
