Headlights

Ok I have this weird "problem". When the switch for the headlights is on "0" my headlights behave as they are on auto mode. When it is dark they turn on or when I get in a tunnel they turn on. The only difference I see between "0" and auto is that they don't follow the corner. I can not make them be only on day lights. That bugs me off. Is this some kind of a factory mistake or it is intended which makes no sense if that's the case

I'm with laser lights if that makes a difference.

I experienced the same on my german model! not possible to fully switch them off with laser lights!
