2016 750i M Sport

Just got the car day before thanksgiving. Next day it shut down twice. BMW picked it up replaced sensors and pumps and it was ready the following week. I picked it up....it shut down the next day. Both times saying driver train malfunction. I just had it flat bedded out for the last time yesterday. BMW has been nothing but on point when it comes to their customers. Not only are they fast with accommodation, my new car will be on the production line asap I can't wait to finally get to enjoy the ride!!!!

Just checked out the new 7 M sport in-person at the dealer yesterday ...

WOW!

I am blown away!
This is not a car. This is a Space Ship.

Can't even be compared to the previous gen. 7.
Night and Day difference.

Without a doubt the new gen. 7 is the best saloon/sedan in the world.

OP congratulations on your new ride!

If I am reading this correctly... You are saying that your BRAND NEW G12/7 SERIES has basically SHUT DOWN TWICE and needed to be picked up and taken to the dealer???
THAT my friend is unacceptable! For me anyways at least. Sure a pre-owned car with some mileage on her but NOT a brand spanking new $100k+ vehicle bro.
Other than 'fixing' whatever the issues were, what else are they saying or doing? Because should it happen again, you would fall under most states "Lemon Laws" and be entitled to a full refund and buyback. Which I would certainly do. I am somewhat "brand loyal" but only to a certain extent...

Never buy first year of a generation. You're basically a guinea pig.
