Nice to see many of you G owners wanting to "sit correct".

My BMW sales guy was just messing with me. That's what happens to our G12s when you leave the car parked long enough to the point where the battery in drained. All the airbags release air as the pump no longer tries to keep the car ride height up.

I went and saw it in person. It looks like a refreshed M6GC at first, I was very confused at first glance. It looks incredible in person and cannot wait to see the G12s actually lowered.

I'll mess with my car soon. I'm pretty sure we can lower our cars by using a shorter ride height sensor connecting rod (just like how H&R's kit comes with the rear connecting rod for the F02). A 3-D printer type of mod...

I want 22s on my ride, but not OEM ride height. It'll look like an SUV.

I bet we just need 4 of these... I will look when I get the car up. Might make a trip to the hardware store if that's the case.

Wouldn't recommend lowering links. The suspension uses various combinations of compressor run time, holding tank pressure, and axle ride height to manage and monitor itself. At specific heights, the air system goes into more demanding operating parameters and won't shut down the bus system when parked and secured. As the batteries begin to discharge, automatic teleservice messages are sent to BMW and then to the owner.

If we can make sure it won't mess up our air suspension I think all of us would be interested in buying a set.

Any chance we could program the suspension calibration in for the new B7 to lower them a bit more for the time being?

There are a lot of pictures of this car on their feed. They definitely lowered it the question is why haven't they done more of them. Makes me think there is an issue with how they lowered it and it is probably more of a semi static display.

MB, Audi, Range Rover guys have been using links for years without any issues.

Why the negativity on links?

Im fine with using the links. Just want to be sure there won't be any issues since some members are saying there might be. Would be interested in hearing what the company that lowered the one has to say.

That looks great!

On a side note Mike, there is a wheel that Ted from EVS Motors put on his Tesla Model S that I haven't found on your website. Is this available for the 7 series with a super deep concave profile? Very nice looking wheel.
