BMW Mt. Laurel
Dear Team:
I had a really bizarre/bad experience with BMW Mt. Laurel. Normally, for a high volume place, they do a great job. But, I was really disappointed. Today is 11/14 and I am giving them 5 days for a high level manager at Mt. Laurel to post their phone number so I can call to convey what happened. Otherwise, I am going to post the entire episode for others to review. |

I have had a colleague have some service issues with them, and the sales process when obtaining my wife's car was less than good. I have also had some service miscommunications with them dealing with my vehicle.

I have had great service experience with them for the last 5 years!!
Never purchased from them but one bad test drive experience....my 2 friends reported bad sales experience and they ended up buying elsewhere. I hope whatever ur issue is, it's resolved. Call or speak to the manager directly. |

I just had a fantastic buying experience with JB at Mt. Laurel. I would recommend using him next time.
