Disagree with BMW of Warwick RI.

Agree with BMW of Hudson Valley!

Do performance center delivery and drive it down.

Shout out to BMW of Alexandria, Alexandria, VA - glad they made the cut this year. Great service and deals on parts.

I'm in South Florida, and how dealers like Vista BMW and Braman BMW sell cars is beyond me. They price gouge like crazy!

Coggin BMW on the other hand gave me an offer that I couldn't turn down and the customer service was absolutely wonderful. Again, a huge surprise to me that I would be posting a positive review of a Florida BMW dealer.

With that being said though, how did Steve Thomas BMW not make this list? They are top notch and deserve to be on it!
don't know how far south you stay but I stay in Pines and had a great experience at Lauderdale BMW of Pembroke Pines. I have gotten my car fix after warranty expired 3 times for free they are awesome, been going there for 2+ years
For service they're great! I use Lauderdale BMW for service - same owner. As for buying a car, their prices were not too great!

Agreed! BMW Northwest is horrible! Stay away! They are also the same dealer that serviced the X5M that caught on fire and almost killed the driver.

I have never had a bad experience at BMW Seattle.

BMW Tacoma treated my like I was not worthy of having a BMW when I stopped by to ask a question.

Nice to see Kuni BMW on the list. That's where I purchased my BMW.

I think there are various factors taken into account including customer surveys, sales revenue, and customer retention.

The fact that BMW of San Antonio (Principle Auto Group) made this list invalidates it for me, easily the worst dealership of any manufacturer i have ever dealt with.

The salesmen here literally don't have to know their product when there are 80 year old snow birds driving m6's because they just wanted the most expensive 6 series. It's so easy to bs and make money down here for the dealerships.
When I bought my f30 4 years ago a sales guy at Torrance bmw tried to threaten to cancel my mom's car if I canceled my order. And they wanted a $15k markup on an m2.

Their service department is good tho. Mom and I bought canceled our orders and went to other dealers. These awards mean nothing

I did my google search and I can't find the criteria either. Does anyone know what information they use to select these dealerships?

PCD is absolutely the way to go. Phenomenal delivery experience if you don't have the luxury of taking the time for ED.

I totally agree. Over the last 2 decades, I've leased or bought several cars from some that are on this list and some that aren't. I don't feel that when it comes to my sales experience I had any better experience from those on this list. I think this is more related to following BMW propaganda than anything else.

Honestly I know it's just a dealership. But stop and visit BMW of Alexandria, VA. I've been a few times and it's a very beautiful and well laid out dealership for its awkward location.

That's where I got my first M3.. I agree it's a beautiful dealership for being in such a weird spot. Most of the staff seemed friendly enough but my CA was not the most inviting.. can't comment on their service department, though.

Vista and Brahman blow. Go to Sarasota! Way better!
I agree, I've always had good experiences at Sarasota.
