Need Help!!! Lean code. HPFP low Random misfire issue and pump stops when filling up

Hi. i have a 2013 bmw 750li. I am receiving the following codes:
191E08 Tank Ventilation System 2 Malfunction.
11A102 High Pressure Fuel Pressure 2 Plausibility Pressure too low
118501 Mixture Control 2 Fuel Air Mixture too Lean Large Deviation
118401 Mixture Control Fuel Air Mixture too Lean Large Deviation

If I let the car stay on longer I eventually get misfire codes.

This gas pump stops often when trying to fill up gas. I have a random intermittent issue with this where sometimes ill start the car and itll misfire and then eventually stall from idle. However this happens on some start ups not all the time. Once i clear code problem goes away until it happens again. Car doesnt have issue during driving. Only during random start ups. When the car is running fine, I have full power no issues whatsoever.
I have changed the HPFP, Tank vent valve, Leak Detection pump and some breather hoses for the vent valves.

Any advice?

Im not sure if this could be a DME problem or other electrical problem.
I also have SVT code for my power steering : 482D01 SVT Voltage Supply Overvoltage Switch Off Steering Servo
482D07 SVT Servo Valve Short Circuit between positive or negative lead and terminal 30 Battery+
482D0E SVT ECO Valve Short Circuit between positive or negative lead and terminal 30 Battery+

Occasionally i get a charge air cooling code after heavy aggressive driving:

20A202 Charge Air Cooling System Reduced Power Output: Coolant Pump Supply Voltage too low
