Floor is covered in brake dust and other grime. At the time of the photo I had just finished washing the car in the garage using ONR.

Living in CA we have very limited space and split the cars at two different locations:

Yes our 2nd garage is actually carpeted for the kiddies: (we roll it up when cars need to be parked)

We also rent some space with buddies:

I did something a little bit crazy and had porcelain tile installed in my garage.

The Wagon is off at LTMW getting some work done, so you won't see it here, but my wife's Tesla is parked here...

Well im sold. Next house, Tile it is. My epoxy looks great, but holy crap that looks FANTASTIC!

When I did the oil change on my Avalon, I spilled so much oil in the garage floor (concrete). It took me lots of brake cleaner to get majority of oil stains out.

I probably have one of the messiest garage.

A nice floor + good lighting gives off the feeling that the cars are being showcased. It's definitely pretty out there and have lots of neighbors asking about it.

It also has the benefit of being very easy to clean, since the tiles don't absorb liquids and leaks can be mopped up quickly.
