coding sky lounge color
I have BimmerCode and have coded a bunch of great features in my M760. A new update to BimmerCode showed settings to change the colors of the Bronze ambient lighting setting so I changed top to red and bottom to blue. Works and looks great!
However the sky lounge colors stayed bronze color. Anyone know what I need to do to change the sky lounge color? I’m comfortable going into Expert settings to make a change. I was thinking white, cyan or blue. Any help would be greatly appreciated |

G11/12 has four lighting zones for ambient lighting: dome, contour, main and footwell. I suspect that changing the dome zone will also change sky lounge color.
How to do that with BimmerCode is outside of my area of expertise as I use ISTA and Esys. |

Take a look at this post - https://g30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh...2&postcount=20
It describes how to do it with BimmerCode expert but function names and values apply the same for Esys. Needless to say that you must have launcher for Esys to have CAFD mapping and the launcher of your choosing might have special UI for ambient lighting. |

I couldn’t figure out how to change the sun roof color, but found a work around. What I did was pick the one with the sun roof color I wanted, then adjusted the lower contour colors as desired. Worked perfectly.
For example, I changed the white setting to now be white on sunroof, red upper, blue lower. |

You need to go into expert mode and change the values for the White led setting. I’ll try to take some screenshots tonight for you. It’s very easy to do.
