Registering Issues

Friend is having trouble registering. Has tried multiple times to resend email but nothing has come through. Checked spam. It is an @icloud.com email address. Any thoughts?

i had the same issue using my @hotmail.com email. As soon as I tried my gmail address it came through almost instantaneously. Tried contacting admins but didn't get a response.

Check the spam or junk mail folder.
