F01 Black Kidney Grilles

Seeing as no one manufactures a black kidney grille for the F01/F02 and how large they are, I realized they really needed to be painted. I went down to my local shop, actually 10 or 12 of them and they all wanted about 120-150$ to paint the grille black... Now I found an offer for 60$ but I had to remove the grille myself. I'm pretty experienced with taking and putting on BMW kidney grilles but the 7 kidney grilles are a pain in the arse. If anyone can write up a how to that'd be amazing because I want to get the last of the chrome painted black so my baby can look clean for this weekend's meet

I tried putting on the BMWCCA grille badge and it was a pain. Unfortunately the grille doesn't have direct access from the back.
