Is three 7's too many? I think not.

After owning my current 2013 750LI for around a month, I have come to realize that it is the only car I want to drive! I ordered a second 750LI of the same specs with a different interior (Oyster Nappa and Anthracite wood) almost immediately. -- 2nd one replaces my 2011 550i sedan. I am going to have that 6WB added to my 2013 so that it matches the digitally interesting gauges of the next two.

Most people would probably think I am totally nuts, but I am going to replace my new X3 I just bought with the 3rd 7, only this time I am ordering the 750i F01 rather than another LI. The 3rd will have the Saddle Nappa and Black leather with the Individual Honey Walnut Trim which looks amazing!!

I will totally lose the utility of the X3 but I honestly rarely use the larger trunk for anything and I would rather have a variety of my favorite car....I think the 750i swb will be my normal daily driver.

I really like the 7! BMW really nailed it with the LCI

Wow! Three 7's?

Honestly that may be a bit too much...maybe a 6GC to change things a bit?

In the end it's ur call and if u order a 3rd 7, then wow! Simply wow!

I like your new interior, very nice. You could keep the new 7, and buy a $200k super car or M5 + M3. Same price as 3 7s.

Garage List
impressive.

imo, the Burled Walnut Trim with Inlay would look nice and the larger M-Sport rims.

If u don't mind me asking, what are the differences between the LCI and lets say a 2010 750i?

More power, LED headlamps, suspension upgrades, new seats, upgraded iDrive, exterior upgrades on non-m sport models such as new front and rear fascias & new interior trims.

The upgraded 8 speed transmission and the 2014's 6WB Instrument Panel really make it the ultimate 7 offered at present. I waited to get a 7 so that I could get the 8 speed transmission and better iDrive.

I agree, it's a much smoother car than the pre-LCI .

Yes, but the new 6WB display panel has been added to the 14 as well as touch pad iDrive (who cares). I like the new digital display for the gauges personally. I plan to change out the normal gauges on my 013.

maybe having 3 is a bit excessive. i understand your love for the car. ive been replacing my XJ every 2 years for yet another XJ.....but having 2 of the same car (or 3) at the same time seems silly.

getting another car would allow you to have best of both (or all three) worlds

I definitely could see at least two 7's in the household (his n hers), three isn't necessarily a stretch but would probably be one too many unless I used one of them for work/corporate only. YMMV.

Congratulations!
